Dororon Enma-kun is a remake of a 1973 anime based on a manga by the famous Go Nagai. This new series is being executed in awesome fashion by studio Brains Base, who have created an old-school feel to it, as well as tapped into a supreme level of craziness. One of the best things about the anime is that it’s shamelessly perverted!
Of all the episodes so far, this is the most unkind for the sweet Yukiko-hime. And what’s bad for Yuki is good for us! After a cunnning youkai puts her and Harumi into a deep sleep, the two girls find themselves in a bizarre (and fun-looking) dream world. In the real world, Enma and his other male comrades attempt to wake them up by touching them and kissing them. When that fails, Enma decides to go all out on Yuki! This was a really fun episode, and I loved seeing Harumi in different costumes for a change.
